Primary role being to transform people, business and organizations in order to deliver better performance in the role of: • Bringing business, change, consulting and learning know-how to my partnership with the director, executive and line manager level. • Collaboration with line managers on VP/SVP level I help them reach their goals. Part of this business partnership involves crafting strategies, action plans and roadmaps based on knowledge of current and future strategy, markets and exploring how corporate resources is to be aligned to those demands. • Help formulating winning strategies by focusing on the right decisions and by contributing with opinion, expertise and experience about what the EVP and SVP's needs to do.
