• Current: Head & VP Global Business Services at Essity (formerly known as SCA) • Before Hans was Head & VP Global Digital Services at GSK., where he establish multichannel solution and deploying major programmes like HCP multichannel engagement, marketing campaigns, corporate portal etc. • He has over 25 years of leading and delivering in global organisations, especially in the front office, manufacturing, engineering and infrastructure in area like Digital, CRM, CAD/CAM, ERP, Manufacturing systems and Infrastructure operation. Beside this he has been leading the creation of Global Business Services and IT Centers, as well as involved in larger merger and acquisitions, and major contract negotiations. • The main industries Hans have been operating in is Pharmaceuticals, Consumer, Automotive, Consultancy, Software development and Chemistry. • Hans has a Master in Computer Science and since the master he have had different roles mainly within IT and GBS, where his key strength and interest is. He has previously worked at GSK for 16 years in roles like Country IT manager, VP Infrastructure , Global Business Services and Digital in the UK, he worked 6 years at Autoliv automotive safety running global programmes and lived both in US and Sweden. • Hans have worked in small, medium and large corporations up to 120,000 employees and turnover up to €45 billion. • Global Business Service (GBS): Currently leading an GBS organization of 1000+ employees. He have also implemented 8 Shared Service Centers for 3000 employees, included establishment of facilities, recruitment, service lines, Service Centers network, service transition for IT, HR, Finance, Procurement & Real estate. • Digital: Globally responsible for Digital channels in GSK like Web, Mobile, Social, Webinar, eMail etc. Largest project was to deliver an integrated multichannel solution HCP globally including CRM, Portal, Webinar, eMail, Content delivery etc. rolled out to 30 markets. In total Hans organization managed 1500 websites, and had a project pipeline of 900 digital projects in 2015. • IT Centers: Hans established 2 IT Centers from scratch, this contained 700 people, both providing infrastructure and application services globally. The 2 centers was established in Poland and Malaysia. • Infrastructure: In the infrastructure space one of Hans biggest achievement was transforming the organisation from local reporting to central reporting to Hans creating new organisation containing 300 people. An other key achievement was Server and application rationalisation, moving down from 1150 servers down to 650 in 18 months. • Outsourcing: Hans have been involved in many outsourcing negotiation and implementations. The biggest one was a fully outsourced service for the whole IT organisation, a 5 year contract worth 150 million euro, in this negotiation Hans was leading the infrastructure stream. • CRM: Beside being the team lead for development of Northern Europe biggest CRM supplier, he have also been involved in Seibel and Veeva deployment. • Production: Built warehouse and IT production systems including quality control and traceability for the car industry.
